Anyone can browse LearnHire for free. To enroll in a course or order a service, you create a free account.

To sell courses (as an instructor) or offer services (as a freelancer), you activate that role for free from your profile — it's the same account, no separate sign-up needed.

Sellers and instructors keep 80% of every sale. LearnHire charges a 20% platform fee.

Every transaction records what the buyer paid, the platform fee and the seller's net earnings, all visible in your wallet.

Payments are currently simulated for demonstration. When real payments are enabled, standard payment-processor fees apply and come out of the platform's share.

Paid courses come with a money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, as long as you have completed no more than 15% of the course.

When you reach 15% you'll get a heads-up notification: past that point the purchase is final. Free courses are not refundable.

When you order a service, your payment is held securely (escrow) and is not released to the seller until the work is delivered and you approve it.

Sellers deliver within their stated delivery time, which can be extended if both sides agree. After a delivery you can release the payment right away, or request changes.

If you don't act, the payment is released automatically 3 days after delivery. If a delivery doesn't match what was agreed, you can request a cancellation with a justification.

We only collect what's needed to run your account and process orders: your name, email and the content you choose to publish.

We never sell your personal data. You can edit or remove your profile information at any time from your account.
